which 10-footer sounds the best?

we all play 10 footers because they're fast and challenging but what about the music? its hard to make them sound good and keep up with the bpm, so what are ur thoughts on the music and which one sounds the best?

from best sounding to worst, here's mine:

sakura-am i just a sucker for japanese stuff?

legend of max-i like the slow part

maxx unlimited-good tune

max300-fits the music well

bag-i dunno...the arrows are painful but the music is kinda nice

PSM-one of the better mixes of paranoia, still im not a fan of paranioa

PS-arent these two pretty much the same?

Paranoia respect-ugh too techno

max. (period)-major disappointment. sounded like the music was made the fit the steps, not the other way around. and what is with the paranioa thing in the middle? not only did they steal the steps but do they have to make it blatantly obvious by inserting paranoia music?

well thats just what i think. coincedence that my favorite one is the "easiest" while my least favorite one is the "hardest"?

I like Maxx Unlimited. It's a nice sounding 10 footer; it almost sounds epic. I also like Sakura, Bag, and Paranoia Survivor.

I'm a pretty big fan of Bag. It's a good song, the music's interesting, and if I put it on 2x or 3x it's more like an 8 footer so I can tell people I passed a pie without having to try very hard. Although I think the arrow programmer at Konami just got drunk one night and slapped a bunch of offbeat arrows into it.

Sakura, Genom Screams, and MaxX Unlimited ( for the slowdown ).

I'm not really a fan of the PARANOiAs, but they are fun to play. Max300 is too "hard" for me, and LoM is just kinda ... there. Bag makes me want to rip out my hair and do mean things.

I really like the Sakura slowdown...and the MaxX Unl. slowdown too. Max. is ugly...so is PSM..

Of the one's I've heard, from best to worst:

1. PARANOiA survivor/PARANOiA survivor MAX - more technoey and generally cool sounding than the other PARANOiAs in my opinion (although KCET (clean mix) is also pretty good)

2. The legend of MAX - it's quick and it's got sort of a dark tone, it's cool

3. MAX 300 - I like the rhythms, it's one o' my favorites

4. Sakura - yeah, I like that Japanese style stuff too

5. MAXX UNLIMITED - I'm not really a big fan of this one, of the MAXes, it's my least favorite in steps and music

6. Bag - although I'd like to master this sucker someday, listening to it too many times gets kinda painful >_<

Uh... I'm pretty sure Genom Screams isn't a 10-footer.

The only 10-footers I've heard are Max 300 and MaxX Unlimited, and for some reason I think I like Max 300 more. And this isn't because I can follow the steps, because I can't. I can even pass MaxX Unlimited more often with the controller, although when I do pass Max 300 I do it with higher scores. Can't do either of 'em on the pad, though.

Paranoia... Not generally my favorite, but Paranoia Evolution is fairly high on my list. I like the part of the song that's given a fairly long stream of 1/8 arrows on light mode (that's the only way I can think to describe it. What instrument is that?). I also like the end of the song where it goes de di de da de da di da BOOM.

I really like PARANOiA ~Respect~. It's by far the coolest PARANOiA song.

Max. (period) and MaxX Unlimited are probably my favorite Maxes, although the other two are also great.

Sakura is awesome.

Bag is really neat for it's uniqueness.

Sakura's definitely my favorite, music-wise. I like all the MAXes, but 300 and Legend the most. Unlimited is my favorite to play, and it sounds cool, but it's not as... "powerful" as the others, if that makes any sense. Paranoia Survivor MAX is alright, but I'm not a very big fan of the Paranoias to begin with.

Bag can rot in Hell.
