AIR: If I'm tired, I say away from air as much as possible. Otherwise, It can be real fun to do.
Stream: As long as they dont involve a lot of crossovers or 1/8 note jumps, I'm pretty good at it.
Voltage: This can mess me up a lot and cause me to fail songs if I'm not ready for it(such as playing Era or Radical Faith on heavy for the first time).
Freeze: These can be annoying sometimes if the pads on the machine are in crappy condition and it keeps saying N.G. no matter how much weight I put on the frickin arrows!
Chaos: I can usually learn it quickly the first time around on songs and keep it up when I play them again.
Best: Stream (on songs not like breakdown or rhythm and police).
Worst: Voltage ( cant move my feet fast enough) |

hey everyone, kind of off topic but somehow i broke through my voltage block! i went from passing 4-5 footers this morning with a bit of struggle to getting a C on Abyss on heavy mode 15 minutes ago don't know how i did it but to anyone who's discouraged, anything's possible. _________________

Abyss is one of my favorite songs because of its time you spend moving around the pad. even tho its a 7 footer, its more of a really really hard Standard song _________________

Doesn't little mode make it into light mode? Then whats the point of saying you can do heavy, if you really can't. O.o; _________________

little mode just takes out all the 8th and 16th notes. so almost all of the jumps in waka laka are still there, so it's still difficult. _________________

And by the way, little mode helped me pass Paranoia Survivor Max Challenge. Heh. I know, it's cheating, but who cares? I still passed it. _________________

No, no it's not. Hell, it's EASY on little. The only reason Waka Laka is hard is because it has 8ths into jumps. And he's right. Why say you can do heavy, wehn you really can't? |

Well, he said right in the same sentence that it was on little mode, so why bust on the guy as if he was trying to put something over on anyone?
I will suggest though, that playing on little mode and/or with freezes off is a bad idea if you're trying to improve. If you're just playing to have fun, then it's no problem... otherwise those are two options that will really stunt your progress if you get too used to them. |

I would say I excel most in stream (except on the same arrow), and are not very good at voltage. Voltage is the worst, especially for a colorblind person, because now they can't tell the difference between any of the arrows. That sucks. _________________

it may be easy for someone who can pass catas... but not for someone who usually plays on standard
and i'm not trying to pull the wool over your eyes. of course i can't beat waka laka on heavy yet with no mods.
and i CAN do some heavy songs, just not that one. _________________
