If you haven't gotten in on the current batch, you won't get one until closer to the end of March. These things ARE handmade by two guys, you know...

Oh wow. Jesus. I don't know if I've ever been so flattered in my life... that site is breathtaking for me.

We're glad to do it, really. If it means more people can play Pop'n in the end, we're happy, really; at heart, we're really just Pop'n nerds who want to support the community and have a nice little college job on the side. [/utterly serious]

Started cutting on the second batch today (Saturday). Getting them completed as quickly as possible.

We're working on a way to have them light up only when you hit the button.

Just like the arcade. happy.gif

I'll post later this week with updates.

That's simple enough just wire them so when the contact from the button being pushed sends the signal to the 12-volt. Use the metal spring as a "stopper" and work from there. I'll write how to do it shortly.

Actually, the official Konami PnM ASCs can be wired to light up as well =P

I love the fact you can mount it on a cabinet, arrrr, if only I had the money...

I LOVE THIS CONTROLLER!!!

I was planning to do the LED thing, but i really do want it to light up when i hit the buttons, so w/ that being said, my dad and i r gonna do a little trickery w/ the extra soldering.

*edit* jus a question, is there a way to setup that 1 controller for 2 player battle mode?

Well you can use one Pop'n controller for Battle mode, so there's no reason you can't use a Ransai Pop'n controller for it. I dunno why you would think otherwise.....

wow, that is super spiffy. It looks really good. How much more will it cost with all the wiring for the lighting up now? Also, is there any way to make it quieter so there isn't too much noise? Have you considered putting something inside the controller to absorb some of the sound? Just an idea, because it sounded kind of loud, but that is the ONLY drawback I see in this. Overall it is a beautiful piece of...uh, well it's a nice controller. I'm going to start saving up for one. Is the shipping expensive for airmail to Germany?
