Ok me and my friend were thinking about starting a DDR Clan and hosting Clan tournaments and all the good stuff. If anyone thinks this is a good idea or has ideas to contibute for it your comments would be appriciated. I would also like to spread out the idea of starting a clan in your area so there will be a bunch of DDR clans all over the nation. Tell me what you guys think and please no flames this is just an idea. _________________

Hylian, here where I live (New York State) we have multiple teams all over the state. The main teams that I can think of at the moment are Just One Calor1e, Team Zeal, SFSA, and DDPD. Here in Central New York, the idea of not being on a team is diminishing hastily.
I have never heard a such thing as a DDR "clan" but DDR teams can be found everywhere. Starting a team in your area sounds like a good idea to me.
Basically DDR teams is just a group of friends who play a game that they enjoy. One of the best parts of being on a team is having "Team Battles" with other team's around your area.
Good luck with your Clan or Team. _________________

since DDR is a mostly not-online game, I think you would be better off calling it a 'team'. And there are quite a few of those. The only problem is that DDR is also mostly a personal achievement sorta thing... having team tournaments is usually overshadoed by tournaments where individuals compete. _________________

Hmmmmmm just as long as the people or clan / team are within members of your friendship ring. People that you know personally. I see no problem with that. _________________

ROFLLMAO...sry.......ummm....no...bad idea.
You know what happens when two clan of CS meet. Right? They take out their real glocks and start shooting at each other. "Yes this actually happened before" I like to compare DDR with chess in this topic. You don't really form clans with chess. You really form like a club , team, whateva. I like the name idea though. My name would be Professer PiMpMaStA.G. *woot *woot. I teach pimplogy 101 and....... girls

Well, I dunno, as stated earlier, "Clan" is a bit inappropriate, seeing as that its a dance video game players (at max) playing against eachother for tokens and not mongols fighting over terriotory. Having a team would be fun. A team name suggestion, if it was me, would be the Beat Offs, so you can guess where my mind is... |
