Hi ya'll! My name is Erin and I have NEVER played DDR in my life. I've only heard of it because of the True Life on MTV awhile ago. I work at Walt Disney World and they have a version of DDR with Mickey Mouse so it reminded me of the True Life episode awhile ago.

I play Bust A Groove some and love that so I am sure I will love DDR. I would also like to use it to lose weight since I hear that happens often.

I was just wondering if ya'll could help me get started. I don't exactly know where to start. At home, I have an XBOX, Playstation 1 and a computer. Any suggestions of any kind? Thanks in advance and blessings!

Diz iz fer RanaZ24 - U should start out by finding a DDR machine somewhere near u den practicing (spell it rite?) start out hella ez liek playing a slow song..iuno ani cuz i dun usually play them... maybe...boom boom dollar or something iuno but yea..im not good at givin advice but i try!

hiya everybody, i bought ddrmax 2 (my first ddr play ever) w/ the madcatz pad about 2 months ago, ao far i have beaten it on both biginners and light, but standard i am finding is where it gets hard.


now about me personally:

Hello all, I just screwed up on my SN, it's supposed to just be blucow, but oh well, i kinda like it this way.

I've had DDRMAX2 and a RedOctaine Pad for a little over three weeks, and I'm working on passing some Heavy songs. I can do a few with A's, the rest I'm kinda scared to try.

Hi, I'm not new to these forums since I used to come to this site about a year ago. I'm from Houston, TX and can be found playing in 3 locations -Almeda Mall, U.C. at University of Houston, and Stargate. I'm 15, played for nearly 2.5 years,I play Maniac/Heavy, and I'm decently good.

My hobbies are Import Racing, Anime/Manga, and of course DDR. My New years resolution was to quit DDR because of money wasting, but I was still to good and can't let my skills diminish. I'm thinking about competing in tournaments but there aren't that many any more. So... What's up.

I signed up earlier but it wouldnt let me post until now. anyways, you probably know my older cousin (or at least heard of him) hes the one that made the other names for legend road thread. BeForU~Dude2~ Obviously hes a lot better than me at DDR. Im okay, i can do at least 80% of all 9 footers. the ones that really get me are cartoon heroes and healing vision angelic mix. the only 10 footer ive beaten is Sakura. i got about 15 seconds left off of Bag 1x speed.
