He's downloaded the Character files from SavageDDR and doesn't know where to put them. Try the Characters folder. I'm not sure exactly, as I haven't installed any myself.

Bone files are like metrics for characters. You don't fiddle around with your theme's metrics, do you? You just leave the bone files alone, like theme metrics.

And please learn to spell and use grammar proprerly.

And you put the bone files in the characters folder.
