Hey i'm ambivalent on this one. I'm not sure if i should get a RO or a CF. the CF is considerably more expensive than the RO by about $100. I mean i only need a pad that would play out of the box, and last me a while. 350 is pretty steep for a pad. So yeah i'm leaning more towards the Red Octane just cuz i'm a lil short on money and it seems like a decent pad. My friend owns a CF i that thing's pretty good too. WHat do u guys think?

The Red Octane pad is not flat like the Cobalt Flux. Also, the red octane one is better in preparing you for the arcade.

the RO can last as long as a CF if you manage it very well, and it's close to the arcade, plus 100 bucks cheaper, if it's money you wanna save on then go for it.

BTW, This belongs in the Metal pad thread.

Ditto. Read the first post, the Metal Pad Breakdown is there.
If not, ask in the Metal Pad Thread.
