When I go to the arcade I usually bring 2 or 3 bottles of water with me. I try to grab a little something to eat afterwards though.

As for food, a nice 6 inch grilled chicken sub from Subway does the trick. And as for drinks, my first choice is water, and if there's no water bottles in the vending machines, then I settle for some Nestea (at least, it doesn't make you thirstier like soda).

i eat nacho's, sometimes with chili, and pizza. once in a while i'll ask for a pretzel and i'll always have it with a large pepsi or mist with free refills.

did i mention that all the food i get is free? hehe.

I usually eat lightly or not at all before a DDR session. I begin drinking water at least 20 mins. before setting foot on a machine, because DDR quickly kills my appetite.

Maybe it's just me, but does drinking any kind of soda immediately kill your performance?? E19.gif

It just depends with me.....sometimes when i play i dont eat or dink anything (and then i get screamed at by my fiance)

And also it depends on where i am at.....if i play in the mall...i nibble on whatever
But when i play at this other place that i recently started playing, I'll rarely eat anything cause the food there is evily expensive and i to lazy to pack anything

Before I play, I eat 2 bananas an some pretzels or crackers. The Sodium helps you retain the water that you drink and the potassium in the bananas keeps you from getting cramps. As I play I will usually alternate between orange juice and water (never soda because it doesn't hydrate the body!)and I stick to foods high in protein like a chicken sandwich.
Never eat to get full while you're playing because you're stomach will feel like it's going to fall out of your body while you're playing!

Mainly I don't eat or drink anything until I finish playing DDR but sometimes I eat pizza and tacos and wash it down with some coke or pepsi.

Saltine Crackers and Lemon Ice Tea.

Simple, yet filling. But not too filling to give me a stomach ache.

I either eat light like something that's not too heavy on my stomach and water usually 30min. to a hour and some water before i play either that or nothing. Lots of food and ddr don't mix. goog.gif either that or some bad stomach cramps which i suffer from (the cramps i mean, not the barfing). E13.gif

Hmm...at home I'll normally get a bottle of water, or gatorade, and eat before I start for a bit of energy, however, during a break I'll get a hot pocket or something, anything that can give me a big load of energy so I can keep going. At the arcade would more than likely be the same thing, just no where to warm a hot pocket, but then again, thats what food courts are for happy.gif;
