I recently read the list of songs taken out of 10th style, and I don't really care what was taken out, with the exception of Dual Control, Outer Limits, and Hyper Boundary Gate. How could you take away those songs!? Those songs rock.

Ok. I can't take it anymore. I'm sick and tired of regular Beatmania. I have to play IIDX again. I have been having these dreams with DDRMike, Ver2, Chubs, and AznInnovation telling me to play IIDX. It's been forever since I last played it. I have been studying the note charts, and I know what to expect for most songs. I have decided that the week that SVGL gets 10th style, I will go down there that Saturday. I don't care if there's still something wrong with the timing, I'll learn what the duration of the time delay is, and I'll adapt to it. I will play IIDX once more, and I will become a greater player than I was last time.

Got a really stupid question....

I'm looking at obtaining an arcade version of IIDX, and was wondering what the screen size for 3rd style is... I've managed to find out that the screen size for 10th style is 50" diagnally... Any help would be appreciated.

I'd rather own the actual machine... Plan is to buy 3rd style (cuz its half the price) and get upgrade kits for 8th, 9th, and 10th styles... Just wondering if the screen is the same size on 3rd style (aka same size as 10th style)

i'm pretty sure the screen size has been the same in every iidx arcade cabinet, with the exception of 10th style now. that's only if you're buying a brand new 10th style machine, though; upgrading from an older style on an old machine wouldn't really be a problem.

I'm pretty sure the screen size on older IIDX machines was 42". For new 10th style machines, they made the screen smaller 36" I think, not sure. But the newer screen is supposed to look better(better quality than the older ones)

Anyway, Im not quite sure I have a fav. song yet on 10th style. I've only been playing off and on whenever i get a chance to go to the arcade. Though i do like that new Noria song, forgot the name of it, but i know its a 7* song(easy though)

Beatmania IIDX is way too hard for me. there are seven buttons plus the record thing and my brain cant work that fast
