yeah, it'd be cool if they brought back long versions of songs. Then we could hear new long versions of songs like........butterfly, haha  Though in all seriousness, the full Dam dariram song would be cool

Did you know that those long extended songs in 5th mix counted as two songs. I never noticed it in the begining, but since I recently played it, I found out it counted as two.
And stop dissing on Oops. Those were probably the most enjoyable steps that actually followed the beat on maniac/heavy.

Also, long versions of different songs would be cool too because then we'll be able to hear the entire lyrics to the song. Like butterfly, hero, captain jack (happy grandale mix), dive. Expeciall God of Romance drool.gif

Hot Limit... yes.... love.gif That song is sooo good. It's one of my top 10 favourite Bemani songs.
However, the other three are just okay. erm.gif So, I dunno if they should bring those back. riiight.gif
MAX 300 long would be tortorous.
Pink Rose maybe? E1.gif

I love B4U Glorious Style. The heavy steps are much better than those for the original or B4 Za Beat mix. Also, the stamina drain you get from it... wow, what a feeling!

V is my pick for a Long Version, just have it based off of the ENTIRE Vivaldi's Four Seasons Winter 1st Movement.

I've also had dreams of a Maxx Unlimited Long Version (or nightmares, if I were actually to dance to them...).

I went to the local 5th mix today. every round I would play one song followed by hot limit E1.gif. I must have played that song 7 times...might have annoyed some people. Whatever.

I LOVE the 5th mix extended song...I like Oops! I did it again...but my all-time favorite would have to be Hot Limit!!!...I edited steps fot it so that when i play the song i can do the Para Para routine for it. The routine for Hot Limit is AWSOME!....You should all learn it....it's really well choreographed(I have the video)....so yeh.....Dynamite Rave was horrible though....it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay too repetitive...

That was pretty good too, but that seemed more like just some quick remixes shoved together. At least that was my experience playing 4th Solo. Still fun though :)

Did Tears ever really have an extended mix? I have one for Stepmania, and it is one of my favorite ones to play.

I really like Hot Limit, and B4U Glorious Style is okay. But if you want B4U or Dynamite Rave, just play any two Naoki songs back-to-back. Same effect.

B4U Glorious was doggy' (can I say that on these boards?). Oops was alright, and Hot Limit was fantastic. I could've lived without Dynamite Rave Long Version, though. The original was good enough.

I propose Long Versions to the forgotten 6th Mix songs, like Bye Bye Baby Balloon or I'm in the Mood for Dancing... or Ghosts... :drool.gif: Ghosts Vincent de Moor Long Version...

Be nice to see Senorita (Speedy Mix) in all it's 4 minute glory. Dynamite Rave long version was alright (but kinda strange), but B4U was much better. It'd be the day Konami would put the 8 minute version of Twilight Zone, song's nowhere as good as K-C Extended Club Mix, but it'd be a real challenge. Hot Limit rules! But TM Revolution sounded better than John Desire.

or Paranoia Survivor Max laugh.gif or Max. (period)!!
If Max 300 or PSM was a long version, nobody's legs would be the same after a session of them both. Ouch.

It's gotta be really hard to make good long versions. However, if it could be done right... some songs that I'd love to go longer...

So Deep (Perfect Sphere Mix)
Healing Vision (the maniac steps in the original are sooo fun)
Sakura (I know... it's a 10 on maniac, but it's not a hard 10)
V (I totally agree with the person above)
Ecstasy (Midnight Blue Mix) (very beautiful, give it steps for all difficulties)
Justify My Love
Kind Lady (who wouldn't love this?)

That's my input ;-)

Dynamite Rave Long Ver was the only one I ever really played in the arcade.

I'm glad that the long versions on DDR have yet to hurt my eyes and concentration as the one's on Pop'n Music 9 cs -_- uggh

Blah. Screw PSM. I still think MAX 300 would be a great stamina challenge, though. A high-speed long version would be nice, but any other Max would most likely be going overboard.
