laugh.gif Ya. I used to think Naoki was the girl singing in Dynamite Rave. Then someone told me it was a guy and I was like "Dude.....not cool..."

Naoki is a girl at heart.

I'm a female player so I suppose I'm that I'm .000234 of a player that is good. I can AA 9 foot songs. Granted though, most of the girls I know aren't very good though (no offense to them).

Yeah well I was being very sarcastic. Though everyone knows more boys play then girls do, the percentage within those groups as far as the number of those that are 'good' is about the same.

I'm male. I've known only two girls who played DDR, and a LOT more guys. My girlfriend plays, but only when I go with her to the arcade...I don't think she's really played on her own before. I"m so jealous, cuz she's the one with the PS2 and MAX...not me. frown.gif

I'm male. Most of my friends here at school, though, are female (most of them are on Basic or Trick still though). I know only four girls who can pass heavy songs (and they can pass catas pretty well).

Well, in the UK it's overwhelmingly female. I'm the only male player in Edinburgh that I know of (well, except maybe one or two people I've seen around like twice). Of course, they all bar rape the same 3 or 4 light songs over and over. Or sometimes Standard... not seen a single one actually pass anything on Heavy or even try heavy apart from by accident (Euromix machines always prompt for difficulty AFTER you choose a song. This is a pain in the buttocks for beginners because you can never see the foot rating until it's too late)

Pretty much any place that has a DDR Extreme (of which there's maybe ten in the UK) has one or two cata level girls though, in Dundee I know two regulars, one of whom can out-PA me at times. I don't know of a single one who can pass 10-foots... well, if you don't count Sakura anyway.

DDR is kinda like cooking I suppose. Everyone thinks it's a girl's thing but all the best chefs are male E4.gif (least over here, yes I know Lady Mercury and SaeDoNa could whoop 12 shades of s*** out of me at DDR but that's not the point. And they're a marked minority anyway...)

I'm female. One would think the game is directed more towards girls than guys, with songs such as "Butterfly", "Cowgirl", and anything with "Love/Luv" in the title. Not to say that guys shouldn't play those songs. Real men play Cowgirl. E13.gif

I'm a female. In my group of friends there are more female dancers than male, but when we go out to DDR machines, I think I see mostly a balance between male and females.

And I sing along with it while I play!!! I'm a guy. But at heart I'm a cowgirl, and I'm riding on my horse...
