Have you ever noticed that when DDR is being showed on TV or when it's being reviewed a large percentage of the time the worst players are captured playing? That makes me so angry!! If any of you guys tune in to BET, Black Entertainment Television, there is this show shown called "College Hill." During one of the episodes one of the characters, Jacobi, was shown playing DDR. He was absolutly horrid!! Was stumblin', and from what we could tell was off beat. The other characters were talking about how the game was booin' him and stuff. It just makes me angry that they always manage to show the mediocre to bad people playing. That gives DDR players worldwide a bad wrap.

GET A LIFE!, god man, just because bad players are shown doesnt give DDR a bad wrap, its a game for christ sakes, they might have been booing him just for laughs, and just because he cant AA max 300 doesnt mean he sucks

How does it not give DDR players and DDR a bad wrap? Seeing someone making a fool of themself while playing DDR doesn't incourage people to go play. Instead people get the idea of, "Aww, this came is no fun. You just look a fool." Now on the other hand if you see someone sweet playing you're going to get all in the game and have a, " That's cool, I wanna learn!" attitude.

I don't understand BET, a station practically dedicated to hip hop. At LEAST White-tv has a musical variety, and funnier comedians.

I think Pikey-Tv would be a definate hit. A bunch of fast talking Irish-folk playing the top 20 bagpipe songs while the comedians talk about chicken, watermellon, grits, and orange soda are nothing compared to potatoes and a pint.

And in true gypsy fashion. Each and every day will Pikey-Tv be on a DIFFERENT channel. This will suck if you have satellite, seeing howe you'll get about 1,000+channels. Better get TIVO.

BET kind of stereotypes blacks. All they play are "ghetto" music videos, you know, the rap ones with the guys that are like "yo sup homie g im gonna bust a cap on ya [bleep] [bleep]'in [bleep] [bleep] [bleep]!" There are blacks in the world that listen to "white" music. And there are blacks in the world that sing "white" music. Uh, could we please go back to the subject? Anyway, I agree with Pantera on" Bad publicity is still publicity". Don't worry about seeing a bad to mediocre player on TV. You know you're good, so don't let seeing College Hill bother you.

Showing DDR on LIGHT on TV - Too easy, not very interesting to watch, why would I ever play that game?

Showing DDR on HEAVY on TV - Too hard, how could anyone possibly do that? That guy is sweating hard enough to fill a bathtub, why would I ever play that game?
