Could anyone who has run a tournament or been to one tell me who sponsored the tournament. Any type of sponsors would be appreciated, but I would like to know non-ddr related companies rather than ddr releated companies which have sponsered tournaments. |

Bemanistyle sponsored EATII I believe. In return we made videos and sold them, and the money helped Bemanistyle. _________________

Also, look around at some businesses that are nearby. For example, there have been a couple tournaments in Colorado that have gotten anime stores to sponsor them. _________________

According to the t-shirts given to the competitors, the DDR Storm III tourney in Jacksonville, Florida was sponsored by Namco, DDR Freak, Red Octane, Cobalt Flux, Big City Comics, and Adventure Landing. _________________

Red Bull is pretty hard it seems, since you gotta right them a letter.
And Pepsi as well.
Currently it seems like I'm breakin the boundaries on sponsors.
I got no clue if I am, but it seems like it.
Aiming for, A card and comic place, bawls, red bull, Pepsi, Red Octane, Cobalt Flux, Mtv, and Mr wiggles.
Might go for Taco bell as well, not sure. _________________

Anti-perspirant and a good diet could cost how many millions of dollars? While a simple black T-shirt costs me $3 at Walgreens.
You do the math.[/quote] |

Also, any local buisnesses near the arcade can usually give some gift certificates as lower prizes in trade for having a small banner near the machine or something. |

Oh . . . for tournaments? I guess that would work, too.
What I usually do is play a round of catas, then if just one or two people are watching, offer to have them 'sponsor' my next round (i.e. pay for it). Is this wrong or just evil? _________________
