First and foremost, see the sticky topic about metal pads.
And for my opinion, save the extra cash and get a Cobalt Flux, they're the most expensive ($300) but they'll last a lifetime with minimal care, just make sure you don't buy any pad under $150 as it will probably be very risky and have a higher probability of breaking. Especially metal pads on Ebay, those are a no-no if you're careful about where you throw your cash around. _________________
