How do you make friends with an arcade attendant?

I've tried and tried and tried, but I can't get any of the attendants at my arcade to pay me any attention. They're all like, " You can't play 10 footers so you suck." I was wondering when in your DDR career and how you made friends with your arcade attendants.

But it depends on the arcade I guess and the arcade attendants. One location they can be real nice and then at a differnt location they can be jerks.
