I'm pretty sure it means 'Unidentified Mysterious Animal'. To me, that just sounds plain silly.
In Max 300 I like the spinning ball that says, "18 spikes, 18 pains". |
While we're on the topic of inaudible phrases... At the end of some songs the guy sometimes says this really stupid phrase, what is he saying!? It sounds like, "Ashta In our song!" |
Ashitaga Arusa or somethin like that it means "There's always a tomorrow" _________________

In Saints Go Marching In, Butterfly, and a few other songs, there's a bunch of guns on a red background going left to right and back again. The words "JUST DO IT!" are in the upper-right of the screen.
In a few songs (don't remember which), there's a background vid that says "You Enjoy Dancing Very Much."
There's a few more, but it's late and I'm tired. When I remember more, I'll put them down. |

Max 2 - So Deep - "Nylon....Fever...."....O_O' WTF!
Extreme - Make it Better - Before the arrows even start you see "The little happy sun!" He's so happy!
If you look at the BG during the freezes in Xenon you will see a BG that was recycled for the Song selection screen for DDR Ultramix. It's all blue with a ring and stuff.
I like the Pop'n music characters in the backgrounds too.
But the Greatest BG ever.....
"Graduation"....If you have to ask why, you get kicked.... _________________

I think I've played Graduation once, and that wasn't on purpose....
so I'll have to be kicked. What's up with its BG? |

Great stuff...
By far, Witch Doctor seems to have the most distracting backgrounds of any song.

I know what you mean - that guy is so weird! Good luck finding a pic, tho; maybe if you use the AVI outta StepMania.
It's hard to see 'cause I'm turned to the sides (you'll know if you played it), but the vids to Twilight Zone are pretty odd . . . _________________

Anyone else notice that in 8th mix Witch Doctor no longer says "Are You Enjoy?"
It made me so sad. |

My favorites are "The Fiying Dog," "Jewely box" and the classic from the 3rd MIX (or DDR USA) opening movie: "You can play let's enjyoi!" And yes, they're ALL really spelled that way...
Although I've always liked the "18 SPIKES, 18 PAINS" myself.
