anyone, plz, give me pointers on how to increase your endurance. I come out short on breath, and sometimes fail 10 footers. HELP!!! |

This might sound insane, but I have a CRAZY idea that just might work.
Practice.
Seriously...just push yourself until you can't play anymore or run or something and eventually you'll have good endurance. _________________

Play songs with a ton of steps like Matsuri Japan on heavy..
or try eating a banana and then playing. |

YES! EAT MANY MANY BANANAS!
I personally torn my thigh muscle a few months ago playing DDR because of a lack of potassium in my diet. It is very important to eat bananas when you're going to play. As far as stamina goes, I'd say like Afronova, DDR (song), and Sakura, if you can do it. _________________

Many people ask me about this. But I have done martial arts all my life so it's not a problem. All You can do is practise! ^^ _________________

You wouldn't think a chubby kid like me would be good... Well, guess what? I can almost FC Irristeblement on Heavy. I can pass bag, almost get Sakura and P survivor. I can almost pass MAXX, for crying out loud!!! I play an awful lot, too.
Here's my technique for endurance:
1: Find a song with lots of steps (or whatever drains your stamina, for me it's jumps, like in Drop Out), such as V Challenge or Matsuri Japan (thanks to chibidjinn for bringing this one to my attention, I forgot what a great endurance song it was).
Steps: DEAD END, SAINT GOES MARCHING, MAXX Unlimited Standard, A Heavy
Jumps: Afronova, Waka Laka, Drop Out Heavy, Cartoon Heroes
Gallops: Insertion (the end is great for this, plus, you can work on arrow reading for bag), Bag Heavy (3x, we're building endurance, not passing 10's), So Deep, Furuhata's Theme
2: Play this song constantly, until you don't feel like you're gonna die in the next minute from puking.
3: Find a much harder song to practice on, such as Sakura (for steps).
Repeat step 2.
By now, you should be enduring the MAXes and Survivors! Notice that you can also do this in a nonstop course for MAX2 Ps2, especially when training for Legend Road. _________________

Eat Bananas, Drink water and play 8-10 footer songs like Luv to Me, Tsugaru, Matsuri Japan, Exotic Ethnic, Rythm and Police, Max 300, Sakura, Speed over Beethoven |
