time for some bemani club action

Soon, VERY SOON I will be a freshman in HS. I plan on starting up a bemani club. What I know:

I need to keep the people interested
I Need to get people who will sign a document.

I need advice and help. Anyone who gives me advice gets a blowjob not from me

I don't know, it's hard to get people interested in Bemani, most people are really closed-minded and think the games are just 'gay'.

I run that along with three other guys at the U.

I dunno, if you just get a lot of bemani into a room, start playing and LOOK LIKE YOU'RE HAVING FUN, and are nice to newcomers, generally you get new people pretty quick. The hardcore ones come more slowly, but they come.

Generally if you have a few amazingly awesome people there, it increases the shock/awe factor.

I decided to do the bake sale thing when the time comes... I just need to get all the items down!

I plan on starting with something basic, DDR, probably the easiest to pick up IMO. Anyone else have suggestions reguarding that? Like, I want to teach, not just say "Here's a thousand dollars in bemani gear, go fucking nuts, do whatever the fuck you want to do! Wreck it all, I'll just sit back and watch you ruin all my shit!".

So, I need to either

A) Make my own metal pads which is time consuming but convinient once it's done, considering you won't void warantees when you attemp to fix it, and it's cheaper money wise. Except, time is money, is money time?
B) Get sponsorship from Red Octane OR Cobalt flux, I would rather get sponsorship from cobalt, but Red Octane is still good, considering it's free or discounted!

I also plan on starting on Pop'n soon as well as the deluxe. I don't want to introduce something while being a n00b. I want to buy Ransai controllers, as of now, that's not an option. 500 for controllers is a lot, and I'm a broke ass mothafucker. =*(

Okay, here we go AGAIN.

Not many people here are interested atm, but I'm sure that will change as I think of new things and get pictures up. EST date for the Bemani club- Sometime December...

What I will need if possible

~Webspace, free with remote linking and enough space for info and pictures.
~Game info and pictures
~Someone with photoshop to provide me with custom images for backgrouds of a slideshow
~Someone to edit movies for me, I have a Camcorder and no editing software, I would appreciate it very much.
