Seeing how hardly anyone goes to the tourny discusion section

This might be considered to get locked seeing how it deals with tournys.
But on the other hand. I'm just trying to get people to get this going

People who are interested in tournaments go to the tournament forums. The different forums are there for a reason, not so you can just arbitrarily decide where things belong.

This belongs there or in your regional board.
