Is there a wireless Mic for Xbox Live?

When a song is done and I wanna talk to whoever its really annoying with the wires (one time i forgot it on and I almost died from choking myslef lol)

There isn't an official wireless headset/mic, but you might try using something like this. You'll likely need a converter to get it down to the correct size connector to plug into the Communicator, though.

Why does it seem like every time I post, I link to Radio Shack?

UPDATE: Never mind, that headset mic is just the mic - what looks like an earpiece is really just a cushion, so you wouldn't be able to hear other people on Live if you used the set I linked above.

Well, there are like 5ft. extension cords you can use, I just talk after the song, not DURING it.

Looks like there's another company planning to launch a wireless headset. Their site doesn't look very promising, but they claim it's because they didn't want to put money into site design when they could spend it on creating the product.

According to their FAQ, they will be selling their product directly from the site and hope to have it ready to ship by the end of February (or by the release of Halo 2, at the latest).
