back when max2 first came out I was at one of the very few at the time in southern cal.... there was a kid playing max300 trying to beat it on maniac, he failed and getting off I talked to him, I was like wow nice almost had it, you gonna try to beat maxUnlimited after that? and he told me, with sincerity mind you not sarcastically... "You cant beat MaxXunlimited, the song never ends, look at its name it says Unlimited..."

In Paranoia Evolution, in the background throughout most the song it clearly says "Disco bobbin'" which has become another word for "cool" with me and my friends. |
I thought it sounded like "Disco Vomit" I'm pretty sure it's "It's Robotic" though. |
Dude it's definatly not "It's robotic," I was just listening to it. Seriously, what's it sound more like, "It's robotic" or "Disco bobbin'?"
EDIT: Someone should start a pole or something cause I'm too lazy |
No need to , what the person is saying is "Disco Bombing." I used to have a mp3 with the sample that was used. It's from a 1970's song.
Boone to the rescue! |
Huzzah! Why thankee, kind sir! I still like bobbin', though, so I'm keeping that in my signature. But still, now I finally know! And what 1970s song is that from, anyway? _________________

OK not really, but now I'm in the mood to be a ninja | I would actually be happy if they were real. Than the DDR pads at the arcades wont be so CRAPPY! _________________

I can be a conspiratist (or whatever) too! Here's to right now:
In Strictly Business, the lyrics say "Don't get too cool or you might get shot." Well, if you do too good on DDR, Konami's secret agents will come out of the arcade machine and SHOOT YOU!!!1!!1! OMFG RUN 4 UR LIFE N DONT PLAY HEAVY!!11!!1!!1one!11!!1!eleven!!1
I found the significance of 5.1.1: Okay, say you have a 9-panel pad (like the new CF). 9 panels counts as 1 pad. Then say you want an 8-panel pad. There are 9 different ways to place the buttons if they could only be arranged on a 3x3 grid. Are you getting this? Then for 7 panels, there's 34 combinations. Keep doing this and you'll get... 511 combinations total! (9 panels to 1 panel) |

No no no.... the background dancers are the Konami spies! When you play 5th or below in the arcade, the Konami spies that were never taught how to dance show up. When you play Max, Max2 or Extreme in the arcades, though, they're still there, they're just hiding. When you play a home version, the Konami spies get transferred from the CD to inside your TV. So once you play any DDR home version game, UR TVS NOT SAFE RUN 4 UR LIFE!!1!1!!one!!! OMFG ITS JUST LIKE TEH RIGN THER GONA CRAL OT F TEH TV N KLIL U!!1!1!1elelven11 |

Surprised that this hasn't come up in the misheard lyrics thread. |
I believe he's actually saying "Dancing", but the syllables are pretty spaced out so it's easy to make an assumption.
I think there is a subliminal message in Crash to rock out old people style. |
Actually I was pretty sure in Sexy Planet the voice in the background is saying "Dance, floor". _________________

I'm totally convinced that one of the spectators one day will be a recruiter for DDRFreak's or Konami's tournament sponsorships and they'll be like,"Dude, you can now join the haven of Saintly Dancers and get paid to get better at DDR and win money in tournaments!"
Does that happen? If it doesn't, it certainly should. _________________

I never hear the "fl" in floor, so on my two TVs and in the arcade, I hear "dance ore," which I can only assume means "dance whore." Yeah, they probably do say "floor" but it's so quiet nobody can hear it. |

Holy crap, it all makes sense. Remember The Ring? How the people blurred in the photos? OK, just listen. DDR has a song called Butterfly. There is a game called Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly. That game is about a mystical camera that captures souls. The Ring is about a little girl named Samara who came out of TV screens from a videotape, which is essentially a string of photos strung together. The Ring was originally made in Japan, a part of Asia, under the title Ringu. IT ALL FITS TOGETHER! THE GUY WILL CRAWL OUT OF THE SCREEN WHEN YOU PLAY BUTTERFLY AND PWN YOU SO BADLY YOU WILL KILL YOURSELF! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just kidding. If any of this made sense, you have too much time on your hands. |
Surprisingly, all of that made sense

But seriously, am I the only one who's pretty sure the bright flashing backgrounds are somehow brainwashing us? I mean, some of them are downright creepy, like the sheep in Saints. Always freaks me out. |
What really scares me is the Asian people in Tsugaru... They make their ponitails swing around and around ... and... and... and _________________

in sexy planet i hear various things, at first i thought he said "dance whore" but then i listened to it more closely i thought it was "dance more"
so, it can be anything i guess.
and in afronova i am quite convinced that when the elephants are doing their thing it goes "play bemani, play bemani" _________________
