help please? (modifier error)

i dont know but for some reason my stepmania wont let me use modifications. when i hold start to pick them, it says this, "enexpected type 'title' in ScreenPlayerOptions:: Line0" any idea on what this means? or how i can fix it?

p.s. im using the DDR Extreme theme. it wasnt doing this be4 i had it.

Go into the metrics file (under the main folder for the theme, metrics.ini). Look for the line [ScreenPlayerOptions]. Somewhere below that, but before the next word in brackets, look for a line that says something like "title=(something)". If it's there, delete it.

If that's not it, I dunno.
