This is just kinda coming out randomly. What's the MOST embarassing DDR moment you've had? Whether at home or the arcade? I'll state mine first:

At Home:
I was playing DDR and my aunt arla came over. while we were playing we kept shoving each other. she shoved me too hard and i fell backwards into the XMas tree

At the Arcade:
Slipped and stumbled backwards, then flipped over the bar.

Sometimes I get embarassed when my left foot slips off the metal pad while stepping on the left and up arrows at the same time.

I don't have an arcade one, but at home, once I started a spin, and the entire pad flipped over!

lol reminds of what i did a few minutes ago. I slipped off the pad. caught myself a little with my hands, but then i lost my grip on the floor and whapped right into the floor. nice claim on silent hill too

Oh, I do this all the time as well, and it looks real stupid.

Everytime I do those akward rythms I lean so much, it looks like I'm about to fall over! I look so stupid!

for me it was when i tried doubles at the arcade but i couldn't get my footing. i was pretty good at home so i guess i'll save up for some metal pads

Ugh, I have a lot, but here's my worst...

I was playing LOM as final stage, I was doing real good, like 150 combo from the beggining, I then slipped off the back of the pad and hit my shin on the back, and hit my face on the bar. Ow.

I was at my local arcade, which is small, usually deserted and has a DDR 8th machine right in the middle. However, the other night this place was packed and I was the only one playing DDR. I picked Butterfly Standard as my first song, and people were watching...as I slipped off the left side of the mat. I got right back on and finished the song but everyone was laughing. The one time my dad wasn't watching...thank God.

This is the only moment i have and it was yesterday.

I was playin SSM(senorita speedy mix for those who dont know

) and i was playing on the 2p side, and my water was on the 1p side of the maching.

Anway i was getting a drink and as i was stepping back JUST in time to get the arrows my right foot slipped off the pad and i slam right into a wall thats next to the machine, on top of that i lost my game on my 2nd song

Uh, when I was first trying out crossovers a few months ago I tried to do one, and kicked someone in the leg.

Then I tried again the same day and fell completely off the pad into another machine.

I was practicing doing this spin move ( I forget if THIS is what you call a bar spin ) where you do a 360, and throw one leg over the bar. Only thing is, my leg hung up on the bar, and I missed 10 arrows and almost failed. This was Afronova Light, which I can AA backwards. So yeah, embarassing.

I was playing doubles at the arcade and picked Love Shine as my first song. Unfortunatly for me, I didn't know the pads were slippery, so on the first run, I slipped, fell, and failed.

It sucked because it was my first song (not to mention a waste of $0.50) and I was an idiot for not realizing how slippery the pads were before I played...

i was playing at the arcade (versus) with my friend, i don't remember what song i was playing. i kind fell over to the side, and knocked him off the pad. it was really funny!

when I was still a DDR n00b, I was playing once with my friend. She ended up falling, and she pulled me down with her.

The worst part was that I hit my head really hard on the screen and there was a crowd behind us.

I look back at that and laugh.

Most embarassing moment in the arcade would have to be this summer, we were having a tournament. People came from all over the place, including some kids I had met in Maine when I went there earlier in the summer (I live in Massachusetts). Anywho, I had been trying for a few weeks to pass Paranoia Evolution, and was doing it as my last song while warming up for the tournament. Once I got to a 150 combo (full so far), all my friends were gather around as this was the best I had ever done. More people came to watch as I got to around 225, probably considering how you don't see too many chicks around here doing that good. When I hit my 284th arrow in a row, my right foot flew out from under me and next thing I knew I was on my buttocks in the center of the pad. Needless to say, in the time it took me to get up, I failed the song. But I was mortified and to this day only play that song when forced to.

Had a DDR party... It was my first song and I was the first to go up.. I was playing really crappy only had 2 goods and 5433243 fails)) and everyone was laughing. 3 quarters into the song i saw that i was offcentered by 5 inches!! holy shiat!!
