So Deep's full version is awesome. Wa (from 3rd Mix Korean) also has a full version. I Like to Move It (from Max for PS2) is also a song that was popular way back in the day. Burning Heat! is from Gradius... et cetera.

Never Ending Story and Butterfly both have full versions. Famous songs - Its Raining Men - Geri Halliwell, Love At First Sight - Kylie Minogue...both from MAX2 I think.

Alot of songs in DDR were edited from the album tracks to accomodate the approximate 1:30 time for a DDR song

SMILE.DK: "Boys" "Butterfly" "Mr Wonderful" "dancing all Alone"
(Only excpetion is "Petit Love" is and always will be 1:37)
BAMBEE: "Bumblee Bee" "Cow girl" "17 sai" and "Typical Tropical"
BANG: "Shooting Star"
JOGA: "Bye Bye Baby Balloon" & "Dam Dariram" (1st ddr mix and KCP
edit, not to mention various (extended remixes NOT DDR related)
ME & MY: "Dub I Dub" (same situation as JOGA)
PAPAYA: "Hero" (3 diff versions in DDR, original, Happy Grandale mix
and KCP discotique mix, and many other non ddr remixes)
"Operator" & "Pink Dinosaur"
TIGGY: "Sobakasu Freckles" (kcp edit) and many other non ddr remixes
TRIPLE J: "Follow the Sun" (ddr mix, 90 in the shade mix, & original length

Others?
DARUDE "Sandstorm" original, ddr edit, club nation mix)
AURORA "ordinary world" edited for DDR from full version
STEVE RHYNER "deep black forest" edited from a full version
"stomp to my beat" had many remixes
"witch doctor" original full version is funny and theres a "hyper KCP mix"
"dxy! (bounce connected mix)
"cartoon heroes" I Think there is a 10 minute or so extended mix...
"waka laka (bubble mix)
"matsuri japan (J summer mix)"
"doodah! (KOG re-edit)"
"the centre of the heart" (remix of the original track by Roxette)

Covers?
"Sobakasu freckles" is a cover of the theme from Rurouni Kenshin
"Flashdance" by MAGIKA
"Kung Fu Fighting" and "Kick the can" by BUS STOP
"Living in America"
"A Minute"
"Conga Feeling" by VIVIAN
"oops I did it again (fire up mix)" by ROCHELLE
"Lets Groove"
"somewhere over the rainbow"
the list goes on, not to mention all of the classical music used within songs such as "dream a dream"

Wow., Hope this helped somebody....

Dont forget The Whistle song

Sakura is based on the tradional song being remixed.

Twin Bee song is based on a japanese game by its name produced by konami just like gradius.

I've stumbled upon extended versions of those on WinMX (OMFG PEER-AH-CEE I WEEL GET PWN'D BY TEH RIAAAAAAA):

Speed Over Beethoven
Pink Rose

And a blended remix of the two Healing Visions (but then again, how many remixes are there of that?)
