I'm curious to see what "DDR Urban Legends" people have heard of here on the forum.

A few I've heard (and you might have too):

1. "Secret Rendevous" is about lesbianism (unknown)
2. A girl in Japan died doing a "matrix-walk" (unknown)
3. The "Boy on Boy" remix, an accidental typo? (confirmed to exist)

Any others out there?

A lot of people a long time ago made a ruckus about Aaron's doctored AAAA picture.

The AAAA was debated for awhile to exist on EX until someone confirmed that it didn't.

Thats because people were dumb and didn't notice in the first place that it was a 7th mix machine to begin with...

Don't know any rumors though... I guess theres the "So shut the fuck up!" in R&P but we all know that's a lie.

I'd just like to add that there are significant parts of the non-English speaking world that still think that the doctored AAAA picture is real (mostly Italian and Spanish boards). It's really disheartening to see a huge post on the front of the site saying something like "AAAA confirmed!" and then hotlink that picture...it's just saddening, really.

not much of an urban legend but i had heard somewhere before that in some arcade two guys got in an arguement next to the machine and one got shoved onto the pad and someone playing on the pad smashed his head with their foot while palying......................................that is prolly a lie and a very stupid story and a crappy way to die. but it makes you wonder if anything weird like taht has happened to people playing DDR?
