Hit Random then hold down the button to hear wut song it is, if it's 9 or 10, about 8 secs, anything else, just ram it as fast as I can to the end. Heh, that's why not that many people like to go with me, a lot of people hate Random

I usually play in sets. When I first get on the machine, I play Sakura H, ATN O, Afronova H, and Max 300(If I'm lucky with the extra stage). Then I choose songs like Speed over beethoven, the least 100 sec, A O, V O, sakura (I just love it so much!

), ( The following are always on last stage), Max, maxx, LOM, PS/M/O, DDR O For extra stage, and Be lovin. I always choose my songs before My turn is up, so it only takes a few seconds to find it.

It usually doesn't take me a long time to decide what song to pick, but if I'm tired after a certain song I used to keep the song highlighted and just stand there until time gets to 1. And then I would hold the start button to get to the modifiers screen giving me an extra 20 something sec...

Other players got upset when I did this so I just pretend to look around for a song so I would kill time. It works...

Picking random all the time seems to increase my skill. The reason this helps is because usually when you go up to play you play the songs you are most familiar with. Like if I went up there I would probably pick So Deep, Stoic, or Sync Oni because I know those songs.

You most likely wouldn't see me pick songs like Xenon, Lamour, and Memories because I am not very familiar with those songs. Playing random pushes me to play those songs that I wouldn't normally play all the time.

I just wait until I' not tired anymore. Personally, I think its completely asanine for people to get annoyed when someone takes a little longer to pick a song. Being a big guy, it takes me a lil longer to get my wind back, so just relax and enjoy the chair your sitting in.

I agree with both BigWorm and RyceCracker. I usually know what I want to play, so I pick my songs pretty quickly, but I tend to get tired after certain songs, so I just wait for the timer to run out on song selection, plus the mods screen. No one ever got mad at me when I did that, so I still do it.
