Opinions about this metal pad...

My friend wanted to buy a metal pad, and he found this one:

I like the pad, and it looks cheap. It also says FREE SHIPPING. Does this mean FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Also I was wondering if any of you has it, and can give me opinions about it.

I want opinions, because i've seen a lot of threads about metal pads that break easily, or crack, and to make sure he does not make a bad decision.

Your opinions and help will be pretty much aprecciated.

PS: my english DOES suck.
