man i frick luv taq, so much that i have a collection of 45 of his songs just to listen to, it's great, a lot of it being remixes...
anyways, yeah taq is the best, by far...

Normally I'd say dj Taka, but when I heard about OutPhase, I thought:
dj Taka + TaQ > dj Taka
so OutPhase wins #1.

My absolute favorite DDR artist is Naoki

followed very closly by Smile.DK, TaQ and DJ Taka. I also like whoever it was that did Daikenkai.

Most of my favorite Bemani artists have songs that originated in other Bemani games and not DDR so my favorite DDR artists that originated in DDR are Naoki Underground and BeForU. My favorite Bemani artists that didn't originate in DDR, but have songs on there are Akira Yamaoka, TaQ, Taka, Sana, Mr. T, good-cool, Des-Row, and Kiyommy+Seiya.
