Ok, I'm new to DDR, and I just bought DDR Ultramix w/ pad for X-Box. One big problem I'm already faced with is noise. THe only place with adequate space to play DDR in is the downstairs area. All the jumping and movement required to play DDR makes quite a bit of banging noise for the upstairs. Does anyone ahve any tips on how to eliminate or reduce noise? |

The most obvious answer would be not to stomp, but do you metal or soft pads? _________________

I use the soft pad that came packaged in with the game. |

I do too, I find I don't make as much noise when im on lush soft carpet compared to a harder surface such as cement or wood. _________________

Which defeates the point by making an even louder noise, silly.
They may not like noise for a plethora of reasons. Company, parents, uptight neighbors and etc. =) |

Hmm, try getting a big piece of foam, and tape your pad to that. And just a pad-related tip: don't tape your pad to wood to mod it, I did that and the bottom got all ripped up! |
