lately i haven't been playing ddr as much as i used to i haven't played it in like a month now, everytime i play i get really tired really fast and i can't recover as fast as i used to. i can still pass all of the normal heavy songs that i could pass before but now i feel like im gonna die. has this happened to anyone else? i think i should just start playing it avidly again. especially now since its winter E1.gif

do you do any other physical exercise? because if you don't, then lack of it is the cause of your tiredness. otherwise, i can't help.

I think it happens with most people. Where you don't work out or play DDR as often as you used to even or exercise period and you start getting slower and aren't able to hit the steps like you used to. I would think it's normal for most. If you want to get back to where you were then just start playing like you used to. E1.gif

Why is everyone fiending off of the dancing bunny icon?

O T:

Uhm, yeah. Play more. Work out more.

And if I don't play in a while, my lungs taste like blood when I play too.

I'm currently facing the same thing, however my lacking interest makes me not even want to play. Last time my feet ached and my ankles and knees were sore for two days. I'm sure it didn't help that I icked up and immediately was playing heavy for 2 straight rounds after not playing for a few months.

It's going to be a pain when I decide to pick it up and play like I used to.

try playing 4 hours a day for 6 months straight and then going down to 4 hours a week. Can you say stamina is shot?
