what did you get for christmas?

I asked for a metal pad... but I didn't get one. err... oh well, my grandparents give me and my brother $250, so maybe I'll make a deal with him and split the cost or something... I really need a new pad, because one of my Ignition pads is completely shot... while the other still works perfectly... strange.

but my friend, who hasn't played DDR for maybe more than 30 minutes in her lifetime, got Ultramix and a RedOctane metal pad.

What i got for christmas is clothes and some bling bling. One thing cool about my bling bling, is that my brother is going to get me a custom made thing to hang on my necklass that will be say DDR and have DIMONDS on it.

Christmas was a great time! I had fun.

From my boyfriend Eric, my friends, co-workers, and my family:

White sweater zip-up hoodie, black faux leather jacket, a new Guess purse, a computer desk for my room, Baking Pizza Stone w/ pizza dough mix & recipes, recipe box, $120 cash, a pair of hi-top black Converse Chuck Taylors, a stuffed lion Beanie Baby, a nice blanket, a dessert cookbook, $10 GC to Best Buy, $15 GC to Anchor Blue, sushi supplies (plates, chopsticks, etc.), a cookbook called the "Wok Bible," the game of Life, candy, DDRMAX2 for the PS2, and I was able to see my boyfriend, my friends, my co-workers, and my family all very happy during this holiday season ... and that is a gift in itself.

Anyhoo hope you guys had a great holiday ... L8z!

I got the same thing as Mysterio (DDR Extreme, Flip Top, Swap Magic) and I also got DDR Ultramix (not my fave) and the most horrible thing happened to me.

I installed the Flip Top, but I must have jostled the laser or something, because it was making god-awful noises. Then my dad tried to see what the problem was, and he took out the reset/eject cable. He reconnected it, and it seemed to work, but we weren't sure, because it wasn't connected to the TV. Then he found out that the laser was too high up, so he lowered it as much as he could. Then I went to try DDR Extreme, and THE PS2 FROZE.

Nothing works now

, so I'm gonna buy a new one today

. I'm not installing the Flip Top until after my Christmas party, though, cuz I want to have my friends try Karaoke Rev.
