What does Stars (2nd Naoki's Style) sound like?

Seriously, I could swear that I've heard that before. And I don't mean "I've heard it because I've heard any anime theme before" kind of similarity either.

WHAT DOES IT SOUND LIKE? Did they pull a Glacial -> Hyper Eurobeat kind of thing again?

If you play Pop'n Music, you've probably heard the original song from there. Stars (2nd Naoki's Style) is a remix of Hyper J-Pop - Stars, by Terra from Pop'n 8 CS.
