UserGroups?

I was looking around on the site (Ive only been a member for a few days) and noticed the usergroups button up top.

Is there no way to create a group or is that just a look-at-me for members of admin and such? It really doesnt bother me, its just, why make it seem like something I can use? Its the fourth thing on the toolbar, so you would think it had a purpose...

It's not that they put it there, so much as it's part of the default phpBB installation, and there's no real reason to remove it, as it is useful to some people.

There isn't much point in removing it from your site, because it's a lot of effort to do something that isn't that necessary.

and its how they would controill who could see the pad content if they ver decided that they had to have paid content
