I recently heard One or Eight by Sampling Masters AYA on DDRFreak Radio, and that song sounds like it should be in DDR. That song rocks.

I enjoy linkin' park, but i have to agree that if you realy sit there and listen to most of there songs, it's just not ddr material. The beginning of faint is cool, but that covers about 20 seconds. I think In The End would be the only song that would make it. And just for a challenge Enth E Nd would be kinda cool (thats the remix of in the end that's on their reanimation cd for anyone who didn't know). I am still all for seeing the inspector gadget theme in ddr.

Linkin Park got old a long time ago. Little 12-14 year olds in my town still think it’s the coolest thing in the world to play that one piano part from that one song. (can’t remember the name, it’s not important enough to me) I agree that Linkin Park has no talent. They sound like a bad hybrid of boyband, rap and metal. No song from them would work for DDR.

:::ducks:::

:::composes self:::

So, back to the songs that WOULD work:

Simple and Clean (fast opening version) – Theme from Kingdom Hearts (I can't believe nobody’s said this yet!) It’s good, lasts about as long as other DDR songs, and slows down at the end, a la Healing Vision.

Girls – Beastie Boys

The Legend of Zelda – The Rabbit Joint (not SoaD, stop saying that!)

One Minute Waltz – Beethoven (scary...too scary...)

The Decline – NoFX (good for nonstop)

"Name of the Game" - The Crystal Method
"Breathe" - Prodigy
"Sweet Soul Brother" - Hideki Naganuma
"Better Off Alone" - Alice Deejay

That's it for now...I'll have some more later, probably...

well linkin park is awesome, if you dissagree its obvios you hate it as much as i hate rap/country/80's metal/most POP. but i think the song WORK IT from daft punk would b pretty good on DDR. Mitternacht from E. Nomine just bc i worship that song. and most of the music from the Jet Set Radio series. i do agree with simple and clean that would make all FF fans happy, along with me.

Word. Real Emotion from FFX-2 would also be awesome in DDR.
There's also this song by an obscure artist(s) called Raver's Paradise. The song is called Feel the Beat, I think. Anyway, it would be really easy to make a DDR edit, and I've listened to it tons of times and seen arrows fly up in front of my face.

You'll think I'm crazy, but *NSYNC songs would seem a good choice. They're more dance-oriented than other boy bands, and they're fairly candy-coated and popular. Everyone laughs at me since I listen to them, but songs like "Pop" totally get me hoppin' for DDR.

anything by michael jackson in the 80's/90's....

beat it, the way you make me feel, thriller, they don't really care about us, bad, all would be so good on DDR... not to mention the INSANELY high licensing fees that would be necessary....

yeah anything by jackson wouldnt be that bad on ddr, but it would take loads of cash to get the rights an sh!t, so konami wont ever do that.

I would want that song Boom, Boom, Boom. I don't know who it's by, but it goes something like....

Boom boom boom boom, I want you in my room. We'll spend the night together from now until forever. Boom boom boom boom, I want you in my room. We'll spend the night together, together in my room!
