Well my friend was playing DDRMAX at home then took it out and put in MAX 2 with the machine still on. And the songs combined together.

Anyway would this work on other mixes like 3rd or 4th and still play them even though you dont have a modchip?

and as far as i Know taking games out and switching them unless it's a 2 disc game, is bad for your PS

I'm going to call BS on this one.

That would mean that it would have to load all the songs, steps and backgrounds in to the machine. Highly doubtful.

Provide a screenshot that disproves this please.

Steps and background stay the same. However sometimes the background will turn black and you have to soft reset. But you will get the same music.

Except soemtimes it will mix 2 songs together and make a mess. But this only worked putting in DDRMAX2 disc when DDRMAX was running.
