Hey, I’m doing this survey for a class at school. Basically, I’m gathering data on academic accomplishment amongst DDR players, and comparing it to that of player’s of other sports. If you could spend just a minute or two answering the following questions I would really appreciate it! You may not be able to answer some questions—just leave those blank.

5)What’s your skill level? I can pass every song on singles except PSM, which I haven't tried in roughly five months. I might be able to if I tried it now. I also have a handful of single digit greats on heavy. I can pass a good number of 9 footers on doubles.

7)Do you procrastinate excessively? Heck yeah.

8)GPA? (roughly) Was 3.4 when I finished high school.

9)SAT score? I took the ACT. I got a 33 (out of 36, 99th percentile)

10)Other academic achievements? High school - NHS, vice president of quiz bowl, treasurer of International Club, Marching Band, Pep Band, Qualified for Michigan Mathematics Prize Competition (only kid from my school), Passed 3/3 AP tests
