Agreeable. it dosnt seem true. why would he exploite himself on the internet for being good at ddr at the age of 9? also why would a 9 year old have his own domain name?

First off, ddrbot is legitimate. The pictures wouldn't be up there if they were fake, I assure you. Also, we don't own a DDR machine because we're not lucky/rich enough. riiight.gif

Oh, and his face is covered up for security reasons. Better to be safe than sorry!

I wish you all owned a DDR machine. Then we could finally have a tournament without the arcade drama. E15.gif

Hehe, what can I say, I am his agent/sister.

The Game II - Yes, that would be nice, but wouldn't a IIDX machine be better? E15.gif

What Up!
I have to say ddrbot is amazing! E1.gif I met him and his sis at the MGL tournament back in August. I had an opportunity to play with him during the tournament break. I'm that big Fillippino guy that wore an orange shirt with cool looking Ecko glasses! It's cool that a 10 year old can pick up the slack from me!! laugh.gif . Anyway it sucked that he didn't show up at the last tournament in NorCal (at Newpark Mall in Newark). Hopefully I get to catch him and his sis again soon.

Gerald

maybe im just jealous. but then again... its just a game..............

Well he has short legs cause he's so young, so he probably can move his legs with alot less energy and alot faster than say me who is 6'4"

But he is still damn good

WOW...this kid is awesome! And he's from California!

I went to the site, the pictures creeped me out. Simple.

Hey I wonder how good this guy is at doubles, being it helps to be tall to do doubles, but he is AWESOME at single, simply AMAZING!

oh oh i have his autograph. he's really a cool guy, hes just really REALLY good, he has great rythm and focus. his sis is cool too. i met him at the fresno Powerstation tournament, and us both being 1st place finishers i think we got along just fine, then i got to know him better by talking to him down at the Finals. as for his stature, he plays well concidering his height, i don't know if he is good at doubles but its kinda doubtful, when he gets older though, watch out JSB here comes KCB (KC Blade). see ya DDRBot and ure Agent later.

Yeah, I saw the site and read some mentions of a person named Kaleigh, but I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not. Now I know.

I had only heard a couple things about DDRBot and didn't care much at the time, but after seeing pictures of some of his accomplishments, I'm actually kind of intrigued. I'd like to see this kid play now.

I've seen this kid play several times, he pretty good. He's not great (yet).

His dad (DDR Otosan) is really supportive of his & his daugther's "DDR life". He seems like one of those dads that are all proud of his boy for being on the baseball team, but in this case DDR. Almost on the verge of obsession. But it's good to see parents who are supportive of thier kids like that, even if it is for DDR.

From what I know, they mostly appear in the San Francisco Bay Area region. So if you want to see them it's best to be near this area & near the popular arcades (RTA, Metreon, MGL, SVGL).

What exactly do you mean by "Good, but not great"? When was the last time you saw ddrbot? We haven't been to SF arcades in a long time....

None of us are dangerously obsessed with DDR. ddrbot and I actually lost a bit of interest in DDR, but we're both playing again now.... practicing for tournaments! E4.gif
