i would say that 'paranoia eternal' is the best paranoia in my opinion,its got fun steps also,the worst paranoia i think is 'paranoia evolution'

My personal favorite Paranoia is Evolution. It's different than most of the other Paranoias. And I like the steps to it as well.

Best Paranoia: Paranoia Max Dirty Mix Another (found on Max US)

The double steps are really fun on Light. Lots of jumping.

Worst Paranoia: I don't know, it's kinda hard for me to dislike a Paranoia.
