Ehh.... IMO, sounds like a half-baked idea. But, I've also never seen anything like that before so I wouldn't really know. I would just got with building a metal pad. _________________

Wow... That seems like a really good idea. A flat pad cost $20 so when it finally DOES wear out, it shouldn't be that hard to take it all apart, put in a new flat pad, and put on new tape. I think you might have better results if you figured out how to make certain panels raised to produce arcade effect. _________________

Hi,
Here's my opinions
1) I think this post will become locked. There are already discussions about things of this sort. It'll depend on the Mods though.
2) There is a mod like this for soft pads....Actually, it's almost exact to what they say in the forms...
3) Hm...I'm not trying to be rude, but if you read, you would see there are already topics for this. They would be better suited to help you.
ALL Soft Pad Discussion goes HERE http://www.ddrfreak.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=49672
That's the post.
I hope that they can help you with the questions that you need.
