Karaoke Revolution--anyone have it yet?

The only problem with the mic is that it doesn't reach my mouth if the earpiece is actually on my ear. I have to put it (the earpiece) between my cheek and my ear, which is OK because I don't like having my own voice scream in my ear. It's bad enough that my voice comes out of the TV...

during the song, hold down square, circle, triangle, X, and use the Up and Down buttons to control how loud the Earpiece, and Mic volume are. That'll solve your problem. Personally I ALWAYS have my earpiece at 0 and the microphone on 0. Hearing myself screws me up, contrary to my friends who need the mic way up to do good on the song.

I like leaving the Mic on, but I do leave the earpeice either low or off.

It's funny hearing yourself echo on the T.V., especially if you have a chance to do "shout outs" before, during, or after the song.

Yeah, the headset isn't mega-super. I'm waiting for the Logitech microphone to hit the stores. Now THAT was a lot easier to play the game with!

what headset/mic does it come with? a special konami brand or the new sony usb headset/mic? I'd like to pick up this game for use with small gathering of friends, but if it comes unbundled in january i will wait and get the game and the sony headset.

I just picked up a Sony headset at Target... wow, what a difference! It's much more comfortable, has a mute button, and a volume wheel. Highly recommended for any hardcore KRers out there. Cost: $30.

I'm considering waiting until December for it. There will be a Japanese version that has just anime songs apparently. Don't know what's going to be on it yet but it sounds like it has the potential to be neat just from the fact that it's anime songs.

So I beat the arcade mode once and unlocked "One Week" plus the "One Week" video.

Ok, so I thought it was the video of One Week, but instead it was a bunch of people singing to it.

I'm almost certain two of those people...naw, I'll wait until someone else says it.

Yeah some guy said on another video game message board i post on, and it's pretty trustworthy. I wish I had a link for actual information to confirm it, but I do not.

Because the standalone version comes out on the 19th of December (http://www.karaokerevolution.net/info.html) he might have been confused with that.

Don't get your hopes up, even though I will.

But anyway, absolute rumor.
