Can anybody tell me what the original song Kakumei is from? I was in a restaraunt tonight and they were playing a bunch of classical music, and I thought "Hmmm... this song sounds familiar, but from where..... KAKUMEI!!!" It's gonna drive me nuts now until I figure out what classical song it is..

Chopin's Revolutionary Etude.

Kakumei means "Revolutionary."

Thanks! I didn't know it was by Chopin, I like a lot of his music. Since I didn't know who it was that wrote it, it would have taken quite some time to sift through a ton of classical songs.

I don't have a problem with my link being taken down, but just gotta say:

Certainly the song in question has no copyright, and therefore wouldn't be piracy; any Chopin song is so old that it would be in the public domain, no?

I'm just sayin' is all.

You linked to a place that has the mp3 for Kakumei, not the Chopin song.

That is piracy, because Kakumei does have a copyright. Other songs there also have copyrights.
