i used to drink a lot of coca cola when i played(that stuff is my life blood). But i found that it makes me feel kinda

so now i stick to a giant glass of ice cold water.

I'm a Lemon-Lime Gatorade man myself. There's a supermarket/conveinence store right next to the arcade where I play, so I go there and buy a jug of it before I start.

3 drinks:

1. Lots of water, preferably just below room temperatue, before and after playing, with less during; otherwise, it could cause cramps.

2. "Ghettoaide". A glass of water, 2 heaping teaspoons of sugar, and a pinch or two of salt. (Replace sugar w/ Kool-aid for flavor, or replace whole concoction with Gatorade or other sports drink.)

3. A single shot of vodka, just to get things flowing

I avoid caffination and carbonation like the plague when ddring, or exercising in general.

Ya gotta love the water! thats my main drink, but i have used tea before too. if i drink powerade i get dizzy....

Everyone should drink water when they play! If you have ever felt a headache when you have played for a long time...thats dehydration...when you sweat...thats dehydration...when you feel thirsty...thats dehydration!!!! Soda is a diuretic...it makes you pee a lot...thus, you dont retain any water...it just goes right through you.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!! (knowledge saves your @$$ from dying from dehydration...SO DRINK WATER!!!)

I love me some good 'ol water but pink lemonade is a wonderful alternative. Orange Gatorade, Fruit Punch Powerade, but NO SODAS they just make you feel like crap.
