Anyone know where to buy a Ps2 to xbox adapter for pads?

Ive been looking online for about 2 weeks now, does anyone know where i can get some PS2 to xbox adapters that will work with DDR pads, i plan on getting ultramix but i wanna use my red octanes with it without buying new xbox ones, step mania shows the Acebox 2 as the only confirmed working adapters, i tried ordering those from chipzone, and they sent me some other ones that dont work. Any help will be aprechiated
