DDR Fight

it was about a year ago when i first started to play DDR at my local mall arcade when a kid about 8 years old kept jumping on my pad while i was playing. i kept telling him to get off or i was going to have him kicked out of the arcade. needless to say, he wouldn't listen.
i then told him that i had a tendency to swing my arms on certain songs, and he might get hit on "accident". he jumped on my pad while iwas playing and i "accidentally" smacked him upside his head and sent him flying into the tekken tag machine. his father comes running up to see what the matter was, and i told hiim what went on, expecting to get into a fight. when his father had heard enough, he backhandedd the kid right in front of me. it was great.

I haven't seen any battling of the sort..But more verbal arguements with the SCII tribes, Tristram and Galahad. TRISTRAAAAAM! *cough* Anyway, you could sort of count the semi-challengeish one, when an older guy was pestering one of the better DDR players than I in the arcade, saying "Miss it!"and that sort of thing. I said, "That game's pretty hard. You think you can beat me at it, let's see, after he's done."

Older guy reluctantly disagreed. He had no quarters. I'm stingy. Do 'da math.

Question, what does a guy with no quarters do in an arcade? That's silly.

Well... back when I was still a newbie... Some guys kept running between me and the screen, so finally, about the third they ran by, I was in the middle of a song (I don't remember which one though), and as they were running by, my hand decided to introduce itself to them all on its own... I have no idea how that happened!

Needless to say, I never saw them again.

It wasn't really a 'fight'...
At the mall one day, I finished my set with D2R, and looked out the arcade door (2nd floor) to see everyone looking down at the first floor. Apparently someone had a heart attack while I was listening to Naoki say "And this is your last chance for a dance tonight . . . but this jam don't start until we hit the floor!"

What would you think?

Yeah...and do you think I felt bad enough to just leave? . . . HA! Of course not. Looking back, I probably should have done Broken My Heart (Naoki feat. Paula Terry) in his honor or something. Heh-heh.

BTW, I know this is a shameless plug, but anyone who knows the story of Halo should check this out. It's my only Halo fan fiction release, and has been met with . . . mixed results.
