I think mine was Hero on 2nd mix. Passed with a B. I'll love the Heros(Original/KCP Disco/Happy Grandale) forever!!
My first cata was Furuhata's Theme. Also with a B.

Coincidentally, the same song was my first Heavy AA. I remember when I thought I'd never see Extra Stage.

luv 2 me on maniac (same as heavy) at home !!!! i wus so proud of myself it took me like 3 hours i first learned to beat it slowed down with the monotone and the clapping then i gradually made it faster n faster n eventually without the monotone..

Don't sweat it, guys. Most of us passed some song we now think is stupid, and fear for the fact of the public knowing (:cough-Spider X-cough). But look at me. 12+ catas on a broken pad! Here's some more stats on me.

LOL The same thing happened to me a few days after getting MAX2US! I was just getting into standard, and after seeing how easy Let's Groove was on standard, I switched to heavy and saw it was "only" a 6-footer. I said "Ah, what the hell" and went for it. When I saw the opening part my initial reaction was "Holy sh**!  ", but I nailed it on the first try. BTW, it's the only heavy song I've passed (still stuck in the 5-6 foot zone  )
