Ok, i have checked the faq, the thread on what pc/psx connecters work, and many other sites, and I don't know what to do. I have BNS grey parallel port connecter I got as a free gift from DDRNation. Ok,
A) Where does it go? In the printer port?
B) I read that i had to sauder(sp?) diodes to the connecter for it to work. Have you had to do this(if you have one) Do you know if you have to?
C) What driver should I have installed? I have Win98 and i have DirectPad. Is this right?
D) Do I need to press Ignore axis in SM?
And finally E) Do I have to do anything to the driver, like turn on stuff?
You can give a direct answer, sites that can help, people to talk to, warning points because some of this stuff is probably on the FAQ... whatever. I just need to connect this! I need my Gamelan de Couple on SM!!!
Thanks in advance!

A) Most people use the USB port rather than serial due to usb being faster
B) Check in the console forum, they have steps on home pad creation on there. Also, if you have a soft pad with the controler port, there is no need for sodering
C) The connecter usually cones with drivers
D) Have no idea
E) See above |

It can't fit into the usb... it only fits into the port for your printer. _________________
