This is great.
Is there any type of curve involved with the Exp.? If not then technically getting 10 greats on Freckles would be the same as getting 10 greats on So Deep right? _________________

Here's what I hate about these scoresheets:
YOU PUT IN THE # OF NON-PERFECT STEPS YOU HAVE!
Whereas I can remember what letter I get on most songs, I always forget about how many non-perfects I get. Also, what about mods? Extra Stage?
Just a thought... |

You just write it in while the screen is showing your post-song performance. I think you should use whatever mods you want. As for Extra Stage, if you suck at it, just play something you haven't played yet, then improve on it later. _________________

It is curved! Light , standard, and heavy are weighted differently, as are songs with different foot ratings... So a light 1 footer is worth the least points (100 max), while a heavy (or oni) 10 footer is worth 1500 max.
Other scoresheets either make all songs equal (bad idea), or go by stepcount, which I think is a little inaccurate (although much better than all equal).
EDIT: Also, even though you can't change anything. I'm pretty sure you can look at how many points each song gave you in the "point calculation' sheet. That should give you an idea how it works.

The reason I did this is because getting 1 great on a song is a huge difference from getting 40 and AAing it either way. For me, I've AAed everything except for 2 songs, and if I can't update the scoresheet until I AAA a song, it would suck a lot, you know? This way allows me to progressively 'level up'
Zukin-Man> Well, I could add a comment section for stuff like that, if you want. (I actually already have on my personal copy ) NNR has a place for comments on each song, but since I'm not just including heavy, that would be difficult.
So, everyone, I'm thinking about adding a section for comments, and a section where it calculates songs completed (on each difficulty), number of sdg's and number of AAAs.... well, if anyone shows interest, that is _________________

Ninjafetus, this scoresheet is awesome. Bunch of madison, Wisconsin DDR peeps are using it, and we're all embroiled in a battle to see who can power up the most
I got it on my pocketPC, this is awesome Good work! The setup I have is, write down score (perf, great, good, alm, miss, ok) on the xls sheets on my pda, xfer data to my desktop and fill in non-perfect data in the actual scoresheet (I didn't like the organization of the songs so I alphabetized them all and put them into six different xls files, 0-Car, Cel-Fan, Fee-Kis, L-Nor, O-Sto, ans Su-Z. Faster loading times on my pda and easier 2 find ).
So yeah, great work on this scoresheet though, it adds to my PA experience _________________

Thanks, K-Debit... I'm glad to see people getting use out of this.
I updated! I did it a while back, but haven't gotten around to posting it yet. There's a comment section, a place where the scoresheet keeps track of songs beaten/sdg'd/AAAed (where songs beaten is total and sdg and AAA are seperate totals, but 0 is not an sdg), and removed the scoring explanation (it's been said in this thread anyway).
It should be at the same link, and remember, copy and paste... not direct linking from brinkster >_<
http://www28.brinkster.com/ninjafetus/random%20stuff/DDR%20Scoresheet.xls
The next setp I plan on doing is to fix something a lot of people are complaining about... But for it to work, I'll need to take it off of excel and put it on a webpage. A lot of people remember their grade on a song, but don't keep track of great counts until they get good enough to get low greats or sdg's on it... So, I was thinking of having a way where if you put A, or AA, or etc., it would automatically replace it with the maximum greats you could have with that score. I would make it easier to get the completion part of the scoresheet done (which is what it emphasizes) without having to write down a score for everything.
I mean, I know I have AAed just about everything except PSMO and LoM... so, all those blank (non-sdg's) that I haven't kept track of could be filled in... Good stuff! Anyway, this is probably going to be a while off, so... look forward to it a lot later _________________

Ya know, there is an online scoresheet that you can use called NNR. Hell you can compare yourself to others in the DDR community (like see how many dance points you are behind Aaron or Maxx Paranoia, hehe)
here is the link: http://www.teamgwailo.net/NNR/news.php
Its fast and its free. Enjoy. _________________
