Ah sheesh.. I suppose I should introduce myself after I've been ignoring this thread for so long. I'm (well duh) jtrobot, I'm 23 (prolly one of the older DDRers around here!), and a vegetarian. I've been playing DDR since Feb 2003, and my claim to fame is that I went from 292 lbs to a muscular 200. My dream is to be a poster-boy for the DDR diet, and as payment, a lifetime supply of tokens to my local arcade.

I'm still not all that good; I can pass a few catas, right now I'm working on beating Dead End, Candy, and Kakumei. The only thing holding me back is my stamina--I tire out too quickly on fast songs!

Greetings everybody . I've been a DDRFreak for a lil while and thought I would introduce myself, well, since I haven't. The name's zrelmar and I love DDR of course. I can pass most catas, including ones such as So deep, Ska a go go, Rain of Sorrow, Kakumei, etc. and 3 10 footers. But I also like playing the slow songs too . If anybody want to chat, I'm always open for meeting new people. BTW, I'm a big Gary Busey fan, if you couldn't tell!

Hey everyone this is cKdisciple, don't ask right now....long story about the name. This is my first post! I am from Dallas, yes Texas, that's right. No, I don't wear cowboy boots and belt buckles, and there are no cattle in my backyard.

I started playing DDR about 3 months ago, when my little sister brought home a madcatz dance pad. The one that's made for "Britney's Dance Beat." Gross.... I went out and bought DDR (heard about it from a friend) and started playing it with my sister just to keep her happy. I quickly found myself addicted, not just to the concept of the game, but to the music. I dabble in music recording/remixing, so I have a selective ear about what I like, and Konami has put out some great tracks that I really like.

So what's better than dancing to music that you like? Nothing. Now I just have to find a group of cool peeps to go play DDR with in Dallas...Nickelmania is cool and all, but you can only go there so many times with your little sister and pawn it off as spending time with her

I just signed up for the forum and wanted to introduce myself the names Val.. Short for Valentino...Been playing DDR for about 2 1/2 months and am a really solid standard player who can do some Heavy songs. Always open to others opinions on improving and hoping to see and learn some good adivce on this forum.

hello to all my name is Troy.I am 24 (the second oldest in my area )i have played for about a year and half though i just recently joined ddr freak.my main area of interest is martial arts and paintball.i am 5"10" 190 pds solid.I have to say ddr has helped a lot with my cardiovascular endurance and dexterity.also has helped my reaction time quite noticeably.memphis tryin to catch up to the rest of the u.s. and make a name for itself but it is slow going though at least it makes some process once and a while

Hi guys!

NeoLunchBoX here, and I've been playing DDR for about 4 months starting with Konamix and then moving to the arcade. I now play Max 2 at a friend's house who I have tought the basics to. I am 17, 6'1" and 255 lbs. and never could bring myself to really work out untill I discovered DDR. Some of my friends are amazed at how good I am considering that I am fat, have asthma and I smoke.
