Same here.. (well, my friend asked me) it's best to have a team that doesn't play together *all* the time, so you can arrange meets etc E1.gif

1) Come up with a snappy team name. Involving the letters "DDR" is generally a good idea.

2) Start recruiting people. Generally you'll just get your friends and a couple people off the boards who have nothing better to do.

3) Talk loudly about how much better you are than everyone else. Make some challenges. Make witty usernames and banners and avatars, depending on your level of interest.

4) Allow the challenges to develop into drama. Have a "feud" with another team. Flame each other on the boards. Cause a bunch of trouble at a tournament.

5) Seed some internal conflict. We'll come back to this.

6) Start posting pointless threads on the boards. Get in a fight with a moderator. If you like this route, start your own website and flame that moderator all day in the comfort of your own message board.

7) Do something ridiculously stupid, like getting kicked out of an arcade. Brag about how cool that makes you.

8) Allow the internal conflict to blossom. Have a loud, public fight about your team. Have people quit, rejoin, quit again, then reform a new version of the team without you in it. Then have THEM quit and come back to your team. Then feud with the new team. All the while, forget that this is over a video game.

And there you have it, everything you need to know about making a successful DDR team.

We just sorta made one.

Its not like there's anything specific that you'd need to do.
