i was wondering who a freestyling contest is judged , I know its on style but i wanted to know how exactly. i just wanted to know because some DDR buddys of mine our having a little FS contest among themselves, and they didnt know how to judge the winner. please help. thanks |

I'm not exactly sure, but I think part of it would be your style, creativity, and flowingness (depending on your routine). I also think a small part of the judging is your actual score too. I hope that helped. |

i would say style, song, if it even goes with the song (i mean come on, doing a C-Walk on Sana Morette No Ente is just stupid, ), and the crowd's (if there even is any) reaction. _________________

It all depends on the seperate tournament. One tournament may think that looking smooth is the best, while another thinks that doing flashy moves is better.

But please ask in there, because a lot of people who don't check in here will be able to give you a better answer. There is also a thread on routine vs improv freestyle, so you can read that and begin to get a better idea of some different things that can be looked for. _________________
